Santa Clara county's Fire Safe Council has a mission of "Mobilizing the people of Santa Clara County to protect their homes, communities and environment from wildfires."

Our Education Coordinator, Eugenia Rendler and volunteers decorated the tree. We participate as part of our outreach to raise Wildfire Prevention awareness in Santa Clara County. Smokey Bear is the national wildfire prevention symbol.
